The ideal candidate is skilled at brainstorming, producing, shooting, and editing videos to stand out on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok and has experience working with and on behalf of brand partners. This role reports to the VP, Creative Director, manages the Branded Video Producer, and and will work cross-functionally with multiple departments, including Integrated Marketing, Branded Content, Sales, Design, Podcasts, Editorial Video, and Account Management.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Attend pre-sale brainstorms and ideate branded video concepts in response to client and general sales requests (RFIs, RFPs, etc)
- Partner closely with our Editorial Video team to ensure branded videos reflects what we create organically
- Ensure branded videos are optimized for performance while also meeting client KPIs and maintaining an authentic Betches tone
- Mentor the Branded Video Producer while also acting as a cross-departmental senior creative leader on the Sales & Partnerships team
- Produce, shoot, edit, and occasionally appear in Betches branded videos
- Dream big! Help drive innovation and develop future video series that will stand out in a cluttered content landscape
- Work with Account Managers to maintain smooth post-sale productions, ensuring concepts, client materials, scripts, edits, and final deliverables are always on time and up to the highest quality standards

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in video production, including 6+ years as lead producer at a publisher, creative agency, entertainment network, or similarly relevant media company

- Fluency in social media, with a knack for creating successful long- and short-form content

Position Overview: As a valued member of the Professional Football League’s management team, the PFL Football Film Department role is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the League’s film operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Game Film Operations:
- Coordinate and manage the collection, organization, and distribution of game footage for all League teams.

- Video Editing and Analysis:

Video Director/ Head of Video
Summary
The Head of Video helps facilitate a positive and enjoyable work environment. They are responsible for the design and engineering of all video recordings for Orchestras, Special Events, Operas and Special Projects in collaboration with our Audio/Video/ Recording Vendor. They are responsible for collaborating with our vendor to provide Video Direction and Engineering (supported by the Vendor) for all necessary projects. As needed, members of our Sound/Video/Recording Vendor’s team will join the BMC Production Staff for projects. The core Video Crew is the Video Director/ Head of Video, a Staff Video Engineer, and a crew of Camera Operators.
Holistic effective communication and dissemination of information as well as a love of music and a sense of humor when appropriate is essential to the successful execution of this position.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Work as a Director and Head in the Video Recording Department.
- Maintain safe, instructive, and productive workspaces.
- Ensure that EVERY concert or event that requires Video Recording receives it in a timely manner in collaboration with our Sound/ Video/ Recording Vendor.
- Schedule all Camera Operators as mutually agreed upon when considering the needs of all departments.
- Edit video content as assigned/ required (there is also an Assistant Production Manager who works on editing, so you would not be assigned the majority of the editing, but rather a secondary editor, as directed).
- Update and maintain accurate equipment inventories for Video Recording.
- Maintain accurate and thorough paperwork, which includes but is not limited to tracking equipment ownership, current location, maintenance needs etc.
- Practice proper safety procedures always.
- Ensure excellence and quality of work in all performance venues and over performances.
- Record video for all assigned performances as required.
- Attend all production meetings and extra meetings with designers as needed.
- Turn in weekly receipts.
- Attend all load- ins and outs.
- Run shows as required.
