The Executive/Direct Hire Recruiter role for On Call Counsel, the Legal Staffing Division of the TemPositions Group of Companies, is responsible for proactively sourcing and recruiting top-tier Legal Professionals (Attorneys, Paralegals and Legal Support), new business development and building strong relationships with existing client companies. Duties include interviewing, networking and interfacing with C-level clients and other hiring authorities to market and place top-tier candidates into direct-hire positions. Responsibilities
- Networking and sourcing to identify and recruit the top talent in the marketplace
