Your job:
The Director of Corporate Strategy will work closely with the Indeed executive team (reporting to the COO) to perform industry research, facilitate an annual Corporate Strategy review, design and execute deployment of the strategy across the organization, and own meaningful projects from strategy to implementation. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Performing industry research to identify opportunities for growth within Indeed’s existing businesses or expansion into new areas

The Corporate Strategy Group is focused on driving growth across the business by developing and implementing strategies to deliver break-through business models and innovation in its core businesses as well as the acquisition of ideas, opportunities, and capabilities externally. The Associate/Senior Associate of Strategy will be responsible for supporting two core functions: strategic planning and operations, as well as developing research and analysis for business initiatives as part of the Corporate Strategy team. Responsibilities:

  • Work with members of the Strategy team on creating and maintaining the project management and reporting framework for projects and workstreams that are part of our Strategic Initiatives. Specific tasks include helping to determine the prioritization and scope of the various internal and cross-business initiatives, establishing key milestones, and drafting KPIs for each and for the program as a whole
  • Establish and maintain effective reporting mechanisms and monitoring KPIs to ensure project status is communicated in an accurate and timely manner. This will include working with Finance to integrate budget into the reporting framework
