Anheuser-Busch is seeking a Sr. Manager, Innovation & Analytics to lead and implement the organizational innovation agenda in North America through technological capabilities. The person will set up and run idea generation platforms across functions including Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain to identify revenue building solutions. This person will be accountable for establishing strategic partnerships with universities, startups, system integrators or leading crowdsourcing service providers in order to solve relevant challenges.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for delivering innovation projects and proof of concepts in the zone, working closely with the business teams and external vendors making sure the right solution is delivered with the right impact:

  • Source new ideas through dedicated external and internal collaboration methods using hackathons, and internal or external crowdsourcing for the benefit of the organization

Responsibilities

As the Chief Innovation Officer, you will:

Having already designed a self-directed design thinking platform for teachers and students, a digital social-emotional learning assessment, and a reimagined R&D fellowship with math teachers, designers, and developers, we have so much to build on.

  • Create a repository of innovative tools for the Strategic Innovations team (project management, budget management, strategic planning, personnel management, reporting learnings, etc.) in the first 6 months

THE MUST-HAVES
Prior Experience
